Shipping Policy

All MJH Ceramics pieces are handcrafted in Sydney, Australia, in small batches.

Made to Order

Most pieces are made to order.
Production time is approximately 4–6 weeks, depending on the piece and current studio workload. This timeframe allows each object to be carefully hand-built, finished and fired.

Shipping Time

Once your order is completed, shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Australia: 2–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services or peak periods.

Order Updates

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another notification with tracking details when your order has been dispatched.

Important Notes

  • Shipping timeframes do not include production time.

  • If you need an order by a specific date, please get in touch before purchasing and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
